As a full-service partner in plastics processing, we combine all services from development and optimal product and tool design to clean room production, assembly, and packaging.
We offer a plastic solution that meets the specifications for every medical technology application. We increase process reliability through short, largely automated process chains and the early involvement of our customers.
100% camera inspections, particle monitoring, GMP documentation, and other tactile and dimensional checks ensure maximum reproducibility and stability—even with millions of units produced each year.

Product development
Spang & Brands offers comprehensive advice and support in product development.
Based on your idea, our design and development teams will develop an initial design and functional concept that takes into account all qualitative, functional, and economic requirements.
We accompany you from the initial idea to the market-ready product and develop tailor-made solutions for medical technology.
Mold Shop
The basis for high-quality plastic parts ultimately lies in high-precision tools.
That is our philosophy, which is why Spang & Brands has been relying on its own toolmaking department for over 40 years.
In our Mold Shop department, we manufacture precise and durable tools for the production of medical plastic parts. Our tools are specially tailored to your product requirements and ensure efficient and precise production.
Injection molding shop
Our injection molding plant specializes in the manufacture of high-precision plastic parts. Using state-of-the-art machinery and innovative processes, we mass-produce medical technology components that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Our production facilities comprise a machine park of approximately 70 mostly fully electric machines with a clamping force between 35 and 300 tons. We manufacture molded parts with a part weight of 0.05 g to 200 g.
We see ourselves as a supplier for both small series production and mass production.
The main processing materials are PE, PP, PVC, TPU, TPE, and many specialty materials.
Additive manufacturing
Through the use of additive manufacturing (3D printing), we open up new possibilities for you in the production of prototypes and small series. This technology enables rapid iterations and cost-effective design adjustments to bring your products to market faster.
Clean room assembly
Our cleanroom assembly services offer you the perfect solution for manufacturing and assembling medical devices under controlled conditions. In our certified cleanrooms, we meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, which are essential for medical products.
Our clean room assembly comprises 21 fully automated machines, including camera quality control, as well as manual clean room assembly for smaller quantities.
Silicone
We offer customized solutions for processing silicone, a flexible and biocompatible material used in many medical applications. Using state-of-the-art technology, we manufacture precision silicone products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
