Injector for injection molding machines (m/f/d)
Description
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for several injection molding machine setters (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Operating injection molding machines and troubleshooting minor malfunctions
- Removing parts, labeling the removed parts according to specifications, and recording production data according to specifications
- Setting up and assembling all accessories according to specifications
- Starting up the tools, evaluating the produced parts for production release
- Optimizing production processes and machine configuration
- Inspecting and validating new tools, including documentation
- Transferring new and optimized tools to production
- Coordinating the necessary tool measures in conjunction with the new construction or service management in toolmaking
- Assembling and disassembling tools, setting up the machines, including entering production data
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience as a setter (m/f/d) in plastics manufacturing
- Good PC skills and confident use of MS Office
- Structured and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, and high level of motivation
- Willingness to work shifts
