Quality assurance employee – Medical plastic parts (m/f/d)
Description
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d) to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Inspection of injection molded parts and assemblies in accordance with product specifications
- Visual inspection of parts using a microscope
- Measuring parts with standard measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, measuring microscopes, and 3D measuring machines
- Creating QA reports in the event of internal and external complaints
- Clarifying measures with production and deciding on measures to be taken, such as special approval, blocking, or sorting
Qualifications
- Completed training in a technical profession and experience in plastics processing/quality assurance or experience in a comparable position (ideally at least 3 years of professional experience)
- Very good written and spoken German, English skills desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office and QA programs
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late) is essential
- You are responsible, committed, reliable, and able to work under pressure
